The management of the Tashkent Stock Exchange has included a new bond issue from the microfinance organization Biznes Finans in its quotation list. This was announced by the press service of the exchange.

This bond issue is the third for the company and will be traded starting November 29 under the ticker BFMT3V3. A total of 300,000 bonds have been issued with a nominal value of 100,000 sums each.

The coupon rate for the bonds is set at 27% per annum, with monthly interest payments. The maturity period for the securities will be three years (1080 days).

The previous bond placement by Biznes Finans took place in October 2023, where the microfinance organization issued bonds worth 20 billion sums, also at a rate of 27% for three years.

On November 19, the stock exchange witnessed its largest transaction in its history. The Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex transferred shares worth 12.195 trillion sums ($954.3 million at the Central Bank rate) to the Reconstruction and Development Fund of Uzbekistan.
