According to information provided by producer Sergey Dvortsov, Alla Pugacheva, despite living outside the Russian Federation, continues to receive pension payments in Russia. The People's Artist of the Russian Federation, who will turn 75 in April 2024, receives 90,000 rubles (almost 700 US dollars) monthly.
Dvortsov clarified the structure of Pugacheva's pension payments. The basic part of her pension, calculated based on her work experience, amounts to 60,000 rubles. Additionally, she receives a monthly supplement of 30,000 rubles, established by the Moscow mayor's office for people's artists.
"Such titles imply certain privileges, including pension supplements," Dvortsov explained.
He emphasized that Alla Pugacheva's pension significantly exceeds the average figure in the country. In addition to pension payments, the singer earns royalties for performing her songs, which serves as an additional source of income.
However, as Dvortsov noted, due to the current sanctions against the Russian Federation, Alla Pugacheva faces restrictions on accessing the funds accrued. Payments are deposited into Russian bank cards, which the singer has limited access to due to her residence abroad. It is estimated that over the two years since her departure from Russia, around two million rubles have been credited to her accounts.
Let us remind you that Alla Pugacheva's last public appearance was recorded during her walk with her husband Maxim Galkin along the Molos promenade in Limassol. Local residents noted the artist's tired appearance.
