In Gulistan, the body of a 23-year-old man, F. J., was discovered in an abandoned area near a canal in the "Navbakhor" neighborhood. This information was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
According to available information, on that day, 13-year-old Sh. A. was passing by an abandoned spot between the "Dustlik" and "K-3" canals. His distant relative, F. J., who was there, called the boy over and asked him to stab him with a knife. The incident occurred on October 18.
When Sh. A. refused, F. J. began to threaten him, which led Sh. A., in a state of fear, to stab F. J. multiple times.
It is noted that the deceased had been registered at a psychiatric dispensary with a diagnosis of "episodic paranoid schizophrenia."
A criminal case has been initiated under paragraph "b" of part 2 of Article 97 (Intentional homicide), and investigative actions are underway.
