В Узбекистане начали обсуждать уровень заработной платы молодых футболистов.

The new initiative aims to support young footballers and enhance their motivation. The sports organization noted that the current practice of players receiving a minimal salary does not allow them to cover basic expenses and develop professionally.

"Analysis shows that, despite the rise in salaries at professional clubs, young players face motivation issues and a lack of support," the league's statement reads.

To address this issue, the PFL, in collaboration with the Uzbekistan Football Union, has proposed a measure to the Uzbekistan Football Association. Until a unanimous agreement on cooperation is reached between these organizations, the minimum salary threshold for registering contracts is set at five times the minimum wage.
